(b) Ann Theato’s presence on Facebook and Instagram (referred to collectively as “Social Media”);

(c) any readings, whether conducted online or in person, including one-on-one sessions, public displays of mediumship, workshops, events, and any provided guidance or advice;

(e) products; or

(f) the content accessible on the Website or Social Media (Sections 1(a) through 1(f) collectively known as the “Services”), you affirm the following:

(i) you are at least 18 years old; and

(ii) you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to both the Disclaimer and the Terms and Conditions outlined here.

Please take note that the Services are intended solely for entertainment purposes and should not be regarded as substitutes for legal, financial, professional, medical, or psychiatric advice or care. All Services, readings, products, and content provided are subject to your personal interpretation, and no guarantees are made concerning the accuracy, relevance, or quality of the information or guidance provided, as the Services are designed for entertainment purposes only. Any results, whether explicitly stated or implied, cannot be assured. Ultimately, the decisions you make in your life are your own responsibility. If you choose to utilize or rely on any information or guidance provided through the Services, you acknowledge and accept that you do so at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Ann Théato nor her employees and agents will be held liable to you or any third party for any losses, claims, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, physical, emotional, medical, mental, financial, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, reliance, lost or imputed profits, substitute services, or any other type), whether based on contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), indemnity, or contribution. Such losses or damages may arise from the use or misuse of any suggestions, information, or content provided through the Services, the Website, or Social Media.

Ann Théato and her employees and agents, collectively referred to as “We,” retain the right to decline or terminate the provision of any Services to any individual, should we determine, at our discretion, that you are causing disruption, behaving inappropriately, or are at risk or under the influence of alcohol or substances. In such cases, we may direct you to an appropriate organization for assistance. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate this website at any time.

You are not permitted to create personal audio recordings of your private readings, referred to as “Audio Recordings,” but if you wish a recording to be made, please request Ann Théato’s assistance at the outset of your appointment. She will use Zoom to record the session and provide you with a link to the audio, which will be accessible for seven days, after which it will be deleted. Publishing any Audio Recording on social media platforms, websites, or elsewhere without prior written consent from Ann Théato is strictly prohibited. Video recordings and Audio recordings during group events require prior written consent from Ann Théato.

Additionally, if at any point during the reading you feel that the Psychic or Medium has not made a connection within the first 10 minutes, you are required to immediately inform the Medium. In such a case, the reading will be terminated, and no further payment will be necessary. Any monies already paid will be refunded to you in the same manner in which they were originally given. Any reading that proceeds beyond the initial ten minutes must be paid for in full.

For PRIVATE READINGS & PAST LIFE REGRESSION APPOINTMENTS: Your booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment, which must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled private appointment. If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, you may either reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours before your appointment are not eligible for a refund. In the event of Ann Théato cancelling, all funds will be returned. If you arrive late for your session, Ann Théato will make every effort to accommodate, but she cannot extend the allocated session time.

For EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS, AND DEVELOPMENT COURSES: Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus the unrecoverable Stripe fee; however, cancellations within 14 days cannot be refunded. No refunds, whether partial or full, will be provided if you arrive late or fail to attend your booked event, workshop, class, or development course. In the event of Ann Théato cancelling, all funds will be returned.

During private group sessions and events, individuals aged 15-18 may attend only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This recommendation is made by Ann Théato due to the potentially deep emotional content covered, which may not be suitable for a younger audience.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law, and any legal action against the company must be pursued in an English Court.
